Dorman 911-428 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Compatible with Select Chevrolet/GMC Models

Had a hard time finding the correct EGR Valve for my 1995 K1500 Silverado with 5.0L engine. The factory part has a ‘N’ at the end of the part number indicating it requires a negative pressure EGR valve. The system on Amazon said another one fit but it certainly did not as my truck would barely run.This is a Dorman part, and on their webpage it specifies it is a negative pressure EGR valve. Right now if you put 1995 chevy in Amazon’s part check system it says it won’t work but it WILL work. Well, it is working fine for me.Wanted to share a picture of my original EGR and part number in case it helps someone else who comes this far. Note the 52N at the end.
