This tent lived up to its description of being easy to put up — I did so on my own for my kid’s Cub Scout camping trip and didn’t have to ask another family to help me, which was my goal. Plenty of space for an adult and a child or two adults; I think 3-4 grownups would be a tight squeeze. These aren’t complaints, just things to be aware of: this tent is heavier than I anticipated. Fine for car camping, but you’re not going to want to carry it very far. But it’s not marketed as a light tent that you can carry in a backpack. Second: take your time rolling it back up. If you try to just ball everything up without paying attention to what you’re doing, you’ll end up with an unwieldy mess. Smooth out the canvas, press as much air out of it as possible, and that’ll help you be able to get it back in the car at the end of your trip.
