This product is great for putting a tiny amount of flux into a tiny area. You’ll have to paint over the contact a few times to get enough flux to work with, though.The reason for only 4 stars is because if the brush tip touches the soldering iron for even a tiny amount of time, it will melt a few of the bristles together and the brush will start to hang up when painting flux over those wire spikes found around existing joints when repairing/reflowing/modifying existing electronics and PCBs.This flaw aside, I would recommend this product and a bottle of flux over the typical pre-filled flux pens.
