First off, even tho this was ordered through Amazon, it was delivered by UPS who did a great job with the delivery. The shipping was prompt. I received every component of my order together and on time and correct.The assembly was easy and straight forward. Not complicated at all and the instructions were clear.I read other reviews that complained of weight but it’s no heavier than any other weed eater currently on the the market that is gas powered.Speaking of power, it started up the first time with ease. No problems whatsoever and it seems far more powerful than the Husqvarna it replaced.What I got for what I paid is remarkable. A fraction of what other brands like Echo, Husqvarna, and Stihl charge.The only thing that remains to be seen is if the product lasts 10 year like it’s more expensive competitors do.But outta the box and into the yard I have zero complaints thus far.
